Casver provides aluminium double glazing window solutions that are certified by the best European institutes and system societies, and meet the DIN UNI EN ISO 9000 standards

Our aluminium window frames are made with the open-joint system, through aluminium 6060 - at T6 state according to rule UNI 9006/1 - extruded profiles. Their thickness is 18/10mm minimum, to tolerances in accordance with UNI 3879. They consist in a fixed and in a movable frame, whose size can be changed to fulfil every request.

After degreasing and phospho-chromium plating, the aluminium window frames are varnished with a mixture of high quality non-toxic polyester resins. The finish is guaranteed by the Qualicoat trademark.

Double glazed aluminium window frames include glass-fixing profiles with a safety-anchoring system. Motion and locking window fittings are assembled through dolly-device without mechanical works.

Static and dynamic gaskets are made of EPDM without interruption obtained through proper joints in the angles.

Neutral silicone seals are made between glass and structural shapes - on the outside parts in the appropriate seating - at the 45° and 90° cuts, before assembling the profiles.
